- Prices include food and heating.
- Boarding is charged on a per day basis including day of drop off and collection. Part days are charged in full.
- A minimum two day charge applies
- Bookings may be subject to a £25 reservation fee, returnable on checking out.
We are able to take payment by cash, cheque or debit/credit card.
Please read our Boarding Terms and Conditions carefully, they are in place to safeguard the health and well-being of all the cats in our care:
- Only cats that have a current vaccination certificate against Feline Infectious Enteritis and upper respiratory infections (cat flu) can be accepted for boarding. Owners must provide an up to date inoculation certificate on arrival.
- No cat suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, any infectious or contagious disease can be accepted. All cats will be examined on arrival and the proprietor reserves the right to refuse boarding to any cat showing signs of ill health pending advice from a veterinary surgeon. Please be aware this is essential to safeguard the health of all cats boarded.
- In the event of a cat becoming unwell whilst boarding, veterinary attendance is assured and any treatment considered advisable will be carried out at the owner’s expense. We will also move them to our isolation pen, to safeguard other cats in our care. All treatment prescribed prior to boarding can be continued during the cats stay. Any pre-existing condition which may require further treatment by a veterinary surgeon will not be covered by the cattery insurance.
- Male cats over the age of seven months, which have not been neutered, will not be accepted for boarding as they could present an infection hazard.
Whilst every care and precaution is taken during boarding, responsibility can only be accepted at the owners risk.
